THIN AIR Welcomes Acclaimed Aboriginal Writers
THIN AIR, the Winnipeg International Writers Festival, is delighted to
showcase six of Canada’s most accomplished aboriginal writers with events in
Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. Kateri Akiwenzie-Damm, Yvette Nolan, and
Gregory Scofield will talk about writing and their writing lives at the
Millennium Library in Winnipeg on Wednesday, October 24. The communities of
Flin Flon, The Pas, and Dauphin will host readings by Joanne Arnott, Marilyn
Dumont, and Erroll Kinistino from Sunday, October 28 through Tuesday,
October 30.
