Steve McCabe

Steve McCabe is a poet and multidisciplinary artist originally from

the American middle-west, now living in Toronto. He has exhibited

works on canvas, paintings on paper, collaborative artworks, mixed

media sculpture, and video. He will be celebrating his fourth book of

poetry, Hierarchy of Loss (Ekstasis Editions).

 

Karen Mulhallen

Karen Mulhallen is the editor of the award winning literary journal,

Descant. She has published more than a dozen books including

anthologies, criticism, and poetry. She will be celebrating her new

book of poetry, Sea Horses (Black Moss Press) which is based on her

time on Sable Island, Nova Scotia, a sandbar in the high Atlantic

which is home to a herd of wild horses.

 

Andrea Thompson

Andrea Thompson is a poet and spoken word artist, currently living in

Toronto. In 2005 she received a nomination for the Canadian Urban

Music Award - Spoken Word Category. She has performed in numerous

festivals including Scream in High Park, Seattle Poetry Festival, and

Vancouver International Spoken Word Festival. She is the author of

Eating the Seed (Ekstasis Editions), and host of Heart of a Poet

(season 2) currently airing on Bravo TV www.heartofapoet.ca
